About these terms

These terms govern use of the managed.TRAVEL website and the basis on which you may begin an enquiry with Managed Travel Group. Specific bookings, corporate arrangements or services may also be subject to additional written terms, fare rules, supplier conditions or commercial agreements provided during the booking process.

02

Enquiries and quotations

An enquiry is a request for information or service and does not itself create a confirmed booking. Quotations, availability and travel arrangements can change until the relevant service is confirmed and, where required, payment or other booking conditions are satisfied.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, quoted travel is subject to availability and to the applicable supplier's rules and conditions.

03

Travel suppliers

Flights, accommodation, transport, insurance, documentation services and other travel components may be provided by independent third-party suppliers. Their own conditions can apply to the service they provide, including rules on changes, cancellations, refunds, baggage, check-in, service delivery and liability.

04

Prices and payment

Prices may depend on availability, currency, taxes, supplier rules and the timing of confirmation. Any applicable service fees or payment conditions should be communicated as part of the relevant quotation, booking or commercial arrangement. A price displayed or quoted is not guaranteed after its stated validity or booking deadline.

05

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Change, cancellation and refund rights depend on the relevant fare, rate, supplier conditions and any applicable service terms. Where a supplier permits a refund, the timing can depend on the supplier's processing and the original method or route of payment. Any applicable fees should be communicated in connection with the service.

06

Traveller responsibilities

Travellers are responsible for checking that names and traveller details supplied for booking are accurate and for reviewing confirmations promptly. Travellers must hold the passports, visas, permits, health documentation and other entry or transit documents required for their journey, unless a specific service has been agreed to assist with these requirements.

Entry, transit, health and documentation rules can change. Final authority rests with the relevant government, border, health or other competent authority.

07

Schedule changes and disruption

Airlines and other suppliers may change schedules, routes, equipment or services. managed.TRAVEL may assist with monitoring, communication and alternative arrangements where this forms part of the service, but supplier operations and events outside our control cannot be guaranteed.

08

Website information

We aim to keep website information useful and current, but general website content is not a guarantee of live availability, price, entry requirements or supplier performance. Travel decisions should be based on the specific quotation, itinerary, booking confirmation and current official requirements relevant to the journey.

09

Intellectual property and acceptable use

The managed.TRAVEL name, branding, website design, copy and original website materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may use the website for legitimate personal or business enquiries, but may not misuse, disrupt, copy for commercial exploitation, or attempt unauthorised access to the website or its systems.

10

Liability and applicable terms

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful. The allocation of responsibility for a particular booking can also depend on the supplier terms, the nature of the service purchased and any separate agreement with the client.

Because travel services can involve multiple jurisdictions and suppliers, any specific governing-law, dispute-resolution or liability provisions applicable to a commercial account or booking should be set out in the relevant agreement or booking terms.
